Thank u I will have read...there have also asked for up to date credit report is that normal

You must be relieved to finally hear something. If your case follows the pattern on other people’s stories on here, it is routine and as long as you provide everything and your explanations raise no concerns, you will hopefully get you offer soon.

Hi all 
Just wanted some advice...we submitted all documents today that were requested and answered all questions..does anyone know how long it takes to hear back again..I hope we dont get pushed back into the queue...I've asked broker he said should be a few days but I think it may be longer

When we got asked questions on 5th Feb they came back with an offer on 18th. Hopefully it will be soon the SLA on responses when we replied was 36 working days and I do think they are worker through the cases quicker.

they asked 8 questions, explanation for default, proof of payments on account, confirmation of address and dependants and a question about my employment. I will send all the documents and answers tomorrow and then the wait begins again...... fingers crossed the stamp duty holiday gets extended!

We got our offer on the 9th February, completed and exchange on the same day on 26th February...all moved in this weekend. Keep the faith Vida get there in the end! 💕

After how long did u hear back with the offer from when you answered questions etc 
We have sent all requested documents last week so just waiting again

We are on the same boat...we sent requested documents and answered questions..all submitted last week Thursday. So the wait begins again
