they asked 8 questions, explanation for default, proof of payments on account, confirmation of address and dependants and a question about my employment. I will send all the documents and answers tomorrow and then the wait begins again...... fingers crossed the stamp duty holiday gets extended!
We have sent all requested documents last week so just waiting again

Quick question for everyone and hope you can help? We took it as a positive as we submitted our application at the end of November and had the valuation instructed which came back fine and we assumed we’d passed the initial checks/initial underwrite but looking at this thread it could just be that the valuation was instructed without the initial application being looked at? We finally heard from our MB yesterday asking for some more documents like P60 and proof of address etc but now don’t know whether this is part of the first underwrite or the second one and we should be hopeful about receiving an offer?!0

Great news about the stamp duty, finally some good news! Hope you're OK and that we both get offers very soon.0 -
Has anyone had any updates from VIDA or been given an offer yet? We’ve been asked for more P60s, payslips and a gifted deposit form but these have been asked for 1 by 1 and not in 1 go which is so frustrating.0

Good luck if anyone has had to apply for an offer extension, they have changed there criteria since September on affordablity, so even if you had an offer in September, October, if you need an extension be surprised for a massive shock even if your finances are the same or better.0
