How much mortgage are u taking out if u dont mind me asking. We are not taking much around 94k and we have more then 20% deposit too
When did u apply?
Or is it just that there have requested more documents after having the case sat on their desk for months0 -

PTaylor87 said:If you don’t mind me asking, who did you email in order to escalate? We’ve went off payslips after we were told nothing else was needed and then got told we then needed P60s which we sent and then got told nothing else was needed and then got asked for a gifted deposit form and have been told nothing else will be needed. It just seems like their dragging their heels for no real reason and it’s so frustrating. We were told it would be looked at mid January but has only just started being looked at now!
I did also put a review on google and got a response direct from Vida asking me to email their complaints department. I have not done so yet because that was the day I was told my case had been escalated but to be honest I wish I had as a week later and still nothing. I would suggest that route to anyone that thinks their case has not been handled correctly.0 -
