I'm not sure what to do know as broker said its better to be paid off..but I've checked that if its over 2 years old there will deduct some money off the offer etc. vida is offering us 95k on the dip we only need at least 85k so even if there give less in the offer it wouldn't be a issue really. But I'm just worried that I dont want them to decline me due to this. Broker is not very straight forward in telling what if it's not paid off etc0
