Was the last document submitted 25th November? Fingers crossed you get good news. I’m still waiting for them to look at our responses to those questions. It’s getting frustrating now because it’s been such a long time. 

I think it was just a bank statement we submitted on the 25th November....we've not been asked any questions or anything yet so I think u are further in the process to us....its been a long few a weeks. I hope it's good news for both of us soon

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to give an update. We finally got the news we was waiting for yesterday and it’ll got the offer! The relief! I was losing hope that it would ever happen but am I glad we got the offer!

Congratulations! I have been following your posts, am I right, after valuation you heard nothing till 5th feb, then answered questions about childcare and finally got the offer yesterday? Without escalation? If that is the case Vida are certainly moving quicker and helps me to fee a bit more positive. We have heard nothing since our valuation mid December.... the days are so long!!

Thank you! After valuation we was supposed to hear just before Xmas and they said it was moved to jan 5th and then it was another long 4 weeks to 5th Feb when we asked questions. Then yes we got the offer without escalation! 

I hope they are moving quicker for all of you still waiting  
it is long and so hard but hopefully this gives you some hope.

That certainly does sound promising. So glad that once they got things moving you didn’t have to wait to long.

Hi all
We just had a update today surprisingly on a Saturday too. 
Vida have just asked for adverse credit reason and some missed payment explanations, about a few address that were on credit report and some update bank statements which shoes child benefit payments
Going to get them over the next few days to send over
