Our valuation was carried out today and yesterday our mortgage advisor said Vida had one more question as it was at the full underwrite stage, which we answered so fingers crossed in the next 7 days or so we should have our offer0

Ok we had one question back from the underwriter and asked for an explanation of previous credit history.......and it continues..........0

Hi all. I have a DIP in place with Vida with HTB not put in the full application yet as haven’t sold ours and reserved a property yet. But just looking on their website and can’t see the product guide for HTB, are they still doing it?0

@LMJ10 once you’ve reserved make sure you get your HTB forms in quick as it’s taking up to 16 days to get the ATP, which Vida need to proceed with an application. It seems most MBs do this (but not in our case 😐).0
