jodieba said:We applied with Vida on the 7th Sept already had in principle, they came back friday asking 14 questions, I'm so stressed out we are going to lose our dream house. Is anyone in a temp contract I have for 1 year working for the council but paid through Hayes which is an agency but when I read their criteria they dont accept but my broker has been trying to pass as fixed term. I keep thinking surely they would of rejected it by now, just so drawn out want to know one way or another so If not can see if any other options for us.0

Ours is in a 3 day queue to go to the underwriter following the HTB ATP debacle. (12 hours on the phone, 4 amendments to the form). This is the only question the underwriter asked initially - I’m sure there are more coming but it’s very tough to work out what they would be! What is the furlough form? Also - congratulations @LisaMarie 💐0

Also do you know how they do valuations, are they virtual for a new build? And how did you get them to speed up valuation, did your MB request it? We are on a tight timeline too, although I’m sure everyone is 😁0
