OK that's sort of good but I thought your PC was Windows 10 Pro, is there a COA sticker on the box ? I should have suggested that before you installed  , my bad

Ok the first piccy says Home so I can be wrong lol.

I guess it's  a bit late for your son to try it out tonight, and I am a going to watch a film when Mrs DCM comes out of the shower. I will come back tomorrow, and we will see how things are going , of course TheRightOne may be on at some stage too. Well done for getting this far I think you have reason to be proud of yourself especially since you are good at following instructions even when when I offer the wrong one. At some stage we can address the OLD HDD to see if anything can be salvaged, but that will be a little too long for tonight.

Thanks, he has been using the borrowed laptop at the moment as I wasn’t sure if the pc was ok to use lol. 😂

So is it ok use as it is? and it s just running on the new ssd card I put in?

For the vast majority of people Win 10 Home is fine.
