it would be cheaper to park on the double yellows on the public road, a council ticket is 'only' £30

And many councils have suspended on street parking enforcement!  Not saying Nottingham has, but their website might tell you.

Land registry opens at 9am, so I want a title plan for "2-6, Chettles Retail Park, Midland Way, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG7 3AG"
192.com gives different postcodes for these businesses
    https://www.192.com/places/ng/ng7-3/ng7-3ag/
You could also buy the title and plan for Subway, since it is in Midland Way Retail Park, but on 192.com it has the postcode of Chettles Trade Park, which is also the postcode you were given by VCS.

Could you ask any of the shops if they know who the managing agent is, if they are open?

1st picture is the sign within the car park
2nd picture is sign at the entrance
3rd picture is of the sign for the rear os subway and a few of the others
4th picture is if you follow the car park road around to the student area
5th picture is what Nottingham Two kept refering to
6th picture if the car park area around Magnet (very strange)
7th picture ive already put up so a duplicate

Question now is why do 'cps' manage the car park at 'Magnet' yet its all the same area???
Another thing I noticed is that the (VCS) signs have been taken down where Xcersise4less is and a few others, now there are no signs in that area.

ParkingMad I have already asked in a few shops but they are mainly staffed by student and they dont have a clue

That CPS Midlands sign is really useful, because part of your argument can be that there are conflicting signs within the retail park from two different companies, and as such, with no signs beside the disabled bay (was there a sign actually at that bay, I can't recall?) it is impossible for a consumer to have any certainty of contract.

Secondly, even if the court is inclined to consider the VCS sign above the CPS (Midlands) conflicting sign, the fact is that a contract term is unfair if its effect is to deprive a consumer of the advantage of the protection of national law - in this case, that primary law is the Equality Act 2010, which is silent about Blue Badges.  In fact, it is clear that VCS 'knew or should have known' that the driver was disabled when the driver showed their Badge to the predatory ticketer and could not be heard to say that they could not simply cancel the charge.

Not cancelling it caused a continued course of conduct of disability discrimination, contrary to the EA 2010, and caused a 'significant imbalance' against the rights of a consumer, contrary to schedule 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  In all the premises, the continued harassment and aggressive pursuit of unconscionable sums from a known disabled driver, is not just unfair, it is illegal.

I am confused.   The first sign mentions Excel and VCS, IIMU that  they are separate companies.  There is also a mention of VCS (Midlands). With whom does the mororist contract?

Als0, there seems to be sufficient signage/wordage  to build an aircraft carrier .  Do motorists have the  time or inclination to read all this.  Is this not an unfair T&C under CRE.
