I thought Id located their UK office but they said it wasnt them3 -
Yes I found that, I fail to see how it can belong to anyone other than the student accomodation at Nottingham Two.
I emailed them several times and this was their reply...
"Good afternoon ellaro9,
Thank you for the response, I have taken note of what you have said, and whilst I sympathise with your situation, I can confirm our head office is located in Birmingham, not Luxembourg, therefore I am very confident in my statement that we do not own this car park.
I wish you luck in whatever course of action you chose, but unfortunately we are unable to assist further with this query.
If you did require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
Sean Bromley

It sounds to me like he isnt sure if they own the car park or not0 -
It looks like Student Roost is an accommodation management company. You need to find the Midland Way Retail Park managing agent. Did you buy the Title and Plan from the Land Registry?4

Own it or not, why not ask the question has his organisation contracted with Excel to manage the car park? Tell him that his statement will form part of your legal submissions to court. You could ask the same question of any of the other 'suspects' too. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Initially they sent me details about renting a room there, they hadnt read what I put and just sent a generic response, I pressed them further and got this...
"Sorry ellaro9,Indeed I did misread it.
Unfortunately you have come through to the Nottingham Two reception team. This car park is owned by the retail park not us unfortunately. We will not be able to assist with this"
I will get back on to the land registry tomorrow for the title deeds.

its bee stated that the land has been bought and sold , have you done a check with the relivent counsil planning office to see if planning permission was given for the signage , this will hopefully narrow the date down to show who the owner ws at the time , there is a very good change that contact would now be void , and you would pick up on it very quickly should tey produce that contract at short notice3

ParkingMad that address is very similar to the address for Nottingham Two (who continually deny its theirs) which they gave me on their email, which is
Student Roost
Nottingham Two
Midland Way
Nottingham
NG7 3LP
I Googles them and got https://www.purplefrogproperty.com/landlords/pbsa/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwoPL2BRDxARIsAEMm9y9N6Ua4MAadbjHV83vN6YQ6kNvGvXS4DvwQt6RhSRNBTu1Tdw7w5P4aApUaEALw_wcB
and it was through this that Nottingham Two answered.
Ive just emailed their address in Birmingham so will see if they bother to reply. It has to be them, the land registry says they own it, they pay the business rates, who else could it be?
Am i better off writing saying what Umkomass said above to the address in Birmingham if they dont bother replying?1
