When I got the land registry I was speaking to them on the phone, the chap talked me through it, I had to put the cursor on the car park, I didnt get a title, just a business in Luxembourg.
Do I need to get back onto the land registry?0 -
You can also buy a copy of the title and the plan from the Land Registry website. They are £3 each. These might provide more information.2

Ok thanks, Ill have to call them tomorrow as they dont answer the phone after 120

In my previous post I gave a GSV street view link: https://www.google.com/maps/@52.9559497,-1.1827948,3a,75y,236.68h,76.06t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1si8W-XQWAuW5-W1T4vr21pw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656,
From this link you can "drive" round the site and see that the shops on site are Lidl, Wok&Go, Greggs, Dominos and Subway.
The premises above the shops are the students accommodation.
From various signs round the site, including some referring to parking, it is clear that the whole site is known as Midland Way Retail Park which has a Post Code of NG7 3NY.
The list of Business Rates accounts only shows 3 names listed against this post code. They are Lidl, Wok5 and Santio Ltd. Santio are, in effect, Dominos.
On a site like this, it is most likely that all of the shops are only tenants. It is possible that an anchor tenant's lease also includes the car parking but more likely that this is retained by the owners and either managed by them or their agents but there does not seem to be any mention of them on the Business rate accounts list.
I have (so far) been unable to find any details relating to an owner/agent but have found that, in the past, a company called MoveHut were advertising units 1 & 4 to let. MoveHut may well have owner/managing agent details and may or may not be prepared to pass this on.4 -
This is some background to the site:

This is very interesting, the NG73NY postcode goes over the area I parked but the NG73AG (which VCS are stating) appears to cover around the back of that area, where Xcersice4less have their gym.
Lidls address is
Lidl, 1 Midland Way, Nottingham NG7 3NY
Greggs,
Retail Park, 3A Midland Way, Nottingham NG7 3NY
Dominos Pizza
9 Midland Way, Nottingham NG7 3NY
Subway
Unit 1, 1 Midland Way, Nottingham NG7 3AG
You can see from Google street view Dominos is next door to subway so why different postcodes? I was parked in front of Greggs and Dominos, certainly in a different postcode to the one given by VCS.
Ive found 'MoveHut and messaged them so will see what they say, IF they reply.1 -
The student flats above the retail outlets have the postcode NG7 3LP.
The whole 7 blocks are called Nottingham Two.
There is a Management Suite in the block with the shops underneath (Block A). Have you already tried asking them?4 -
Nottingham Two have catagorically told me its not theirs and were quite shirty, I actually went into the reception, they just pointed me to a telephone number on one of the poles, it was VCSs telephone number, and they did the same when I emailed them, think it was someone more senior who replied but they again just gave me the telephone number. I wouldnt be surprised if they get a lot of flack for that car park. Ive seen VCS tickers in there ticketing workmens vans because theyre too big to fit in a bay and the workmen going mad about it, seen that a few times. The NG7 3LG postcode is now well away from the retail park.0

On the Nottingham City Council Planning website, if you search for planning application 07/02057/PRES4, there is a list of documents, one of which is a site ownership boundary plan.
