    Indeed you do.
......... but if you post the exact issue date, @KeithP will give you the details of when to submit the AoS and then the deadline date for your defence.
Ah I see well that would be the 7th of july then :)

@KeithP will be along to advise you (and about the date for submitting your AoS) but I make that about 10 August for your defence.

    That's good to hear.

This current thread shows what happens when deadlines are missed...

    Post it here!

    Ok CM

So basically the car was parked in a free car park which services a number of shops at the time there was only 1 space available and a large transit van had straddled the white line making it impossible to park wholly within the marked bay which is what the ticket relates too.

So my facts are as below Is there anything I should be adding to points 17 & 18?

    17.       The Defendant is not the only driver of this vehicle and the Particulars of Claim offer little to shed light on the alleged breach, which relates to an unremarkable date some time ago.  It is not established thus far, whether there was a single parking event, or whether the vehicle was caught by predatory ticketing and/or by using unsynchronised timings and camera evidence to suggest a contravention.  A compliant Notice to Keeper (‘NTK’) was not properly served in strict accordance with section 8 or 9 (as the case may be) of the POFA.

    18.        At the time of the alleged incident it was not possible to park the vehicle wholly within a marked bay due to a large transit van straddling the white line and no other parking spaces being available.

The vehicle was parked for less than 10 minutes in total.

There were no signs at the entrance to the car park and other signs were sparse and small as to  be not easily noticeable or read.

Since the alleged contravention Vehicle control services have since added new larger signs to the entrance and prominently around the car park clearly indicating that they are aware that their signs at the time of the alleged incident were inadequate.

Thanks for all the advice so far.
