It will be a sheet of A4 with a brief outline of the claim and numbered paragraphs on the justification for striking it out.

This will be a highly useful resource for other people subjected to spurious claims for similar reasons - especially ones from the same location or others by this unprofessional firm!!!

Victims will be able to include it in their WS and discuss parallel facts - even motre so if by the same firm/ location despite knowing that it was struck out as spurious!

     there
I parked in a PE car park. I paid cash at the machine. I entered in my number plate in. It wouldn't take a coin so it took a while to get ticket. My ticket didn't have my number plate on it for some reason.
I then got a PE ticket.
I appealled stating my case and they have reduced to £20.
I still have the ticket and it is for 2 hours when we were on in car park for 1 hour.
    I paid for parking.
I really don't think I should have to pay a fine.
Should I go to POPLA or just pay the fine?

It is not a fine, please read the newbies.  Many people, including some here, would advise you to pay the  £20, I would not, their signs are pants.  Read this and complain to your MP.
