If so, then especially well done - true money saving & depriving them (Gladstones) of their ill gotten gains - no contribution from you then towards their £30,000 of SDT fines & costs!!

not sure what solicitors firm it was today I only caught the name of the guy they sent.

there is indeed feel really pleased with myself after all the stress and anxiety its caused but it was well worth digging my heels in!

Even in the ParkingEye v Barry Beavis case, The Supreme Court Lords were suggesting that this was not a contravention, that there were mitigating circumstances, the problem being caused by a third party.

With help from the forum a LIP with no legal training can have the confidence to go to court and face a judge and a legally trained rep and win. I think that is brilliant . Not forgetting either that there are legals working at the PPC's.

yes the forum is fantastic I certainly wouldn’t have won without the help I received here!

I point everyone in this direction now when I see posts on social media about parking tickets.

Well done. Great result. If you get any paperwork- I'd advise putting up a copy with your details edited out in. Just so other VCS victims and/ or other companies who use this particular con (yhe list is endless) can draw reference to the judges comments in their defences,/ witness statements.

I will do, is it normal to get a copy through after a telephone hearing?
