A 30 minute dispute resolution hearing is a preliminary quick hearing to narrow the issues and the Judge will want to check that both parties want to proceed to trial. This is not your full hearing, not in 30 minutes.
Again the full hearing (later) is likely to be by phone but - unless you win on the spot due to something earth-shattering, like them not complying with the Directions (which you MUST comply with!) - then it will be just a matter of making sure the evidence is there for both sides. It's a case management hearing, really.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ah ok thanks for clarifying that C-M a point to note I have not to date recieved anything from VCS legal team I was under the impression I should have recieved a copy of their directions questionaire and evidence they are going to use? as I had to send a copy of my DQ to them, is that right? and is it worth pointing out in my email to court with my documents when I send them.0

Your letters from the court plus the guide to court in the NEWBIES will tell you exactly what you are required to do and when.
It is up to you to thoroughly read everything, especially the small print, to make sure you don't miss anything.
Read thoroughly and make notes of the dates you need to do things, and a reminder several days before to ensure you don't miss any deadlines.
Also read what the scammers are required to do and when, and complain to the court if they fail to follow the CPR or any court order.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -

Did you miss it in the court Order? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

ok im struggling to find info on what the scammers are required to do, I have found out that they should have sent me a copy of their DQ which they have failed to do! could you point me in the right direction for what they are supposed to be doing, I know what I should be doing and am on with that.
Thanks0 -
They had to do the same as you.
DQ, then Witness statement and evidence.
If you didn't get their DQ it doesn't matter.
If you don't get their WS & evidence that ill matter but concentre on preparing your own, as per the NEWBIES thread example and tips for evidence exhibits. There is a red heading there, 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
