Your letters from the court plus the guide to court in the NEWBIES will tell you exactly what you are required to do and when.
It is up to you to thoroughly read everything, especially the small print, to make sure you don't miss anything.

Read thoroughly and make notes of the dates you need to do things, and a reminder several days before to ensure you don't miss any deadlines.

Also read what the scammers are required to do and when, and complain to the court if they fail to follow the CPR or any court order.

They had to do the same as you.

DQ, then Witness statement and evidence.

If you didn't get their DQ it doesn't matter.

If you don't get their WS & evidence that ill matter but concentre on preparing your own, as per the NEWBIES thread example and tips for evidence exhibits.  There is a red heading there, 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
