Hi first post.
I own a Samsung NU7000 series TV.I am getting a message saying unable to update as internal memory is full. Googled the problem and on Samsung own community forum they have 125 pages of people from all over the world asking why this is happening. Has anyone else here had this problem and has it been fixed.
Thank you.

Hello again. Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately what you suggest is not the solution, Samsung download stock Apps to our TV which we are unable to delete and also use this internal storage to update the TV firmware. The memory is only 1GB on this model i have been told previous and later TVs have 4gb storage.0

Can you reset and start again?0

As above looks like a Factory Reset may cure the problem . Especially as you found no answer in the 125 pages .Or are you asking a consumer rights question ??2

I too have this problem with a Samsung UE50NU7400 TV. A factory reset does not solve the problem as the default apps are installed again leaving the user with the same issue. This model of tv is not fit for purpose. If it was a car or any other white good there would be a recall. There is also a Facebook group to discuss the issue as I can’t post links here search for Samsung NU7xxx storage .0

I also have the same problem with this series of tv, i bought mine less than 2 years ago and am getting the same message...unable to update apps as insufficient space. i have had to delete all my apps so all that is installed is the bloatware that samsung installsmonk2 said:Hi first post.I own a Samsung NU7000 series TV.I am getting a message saying unable to update as internal memory is full. I bought my TV just a year ago. I contacted Samsung and they told me to do a reset. Once they force all the apps again on to the TV that they get paid for and update the memory i am in the same position. I don't even have any Apps installed of my own on the TV.Samsung offer many on the store but i can't add any because no storage space. It seems Samsung have been getting questions since December 2018 about this problem they have promised new firmware would fix it but it has not and other remedies all have failed to work.0

Can you disconnect the network connection to the TV and manually install an update via USB?0

No because the internal memory doesn't have enough space to take the update. The problem to all of us who have this model is clear Samsung sold a TV without sufficient internal memory to allow it to do its required updates.

I meant to factory reset after disconnecting from the network. That way it may not necessarily install all the bloatware.
Or see if there's a method to load the new firmware directly from USB after a factory reset (before it has a chance to reinstall the old one). And it this is possible, see if there's a custom firmware without the bloatware.0
