I'm a member of GFK, just wondering can you reclaim expenses such as mileage from inland revenue when it states that the fee paid by GFK for the job is also to include all expenses.

Yes, of course you can. You have read the first post in this thread, haven't you? (But I can see this is a slightly separate question).

When the MS companies state that the fee includes all expenses, it is up to you to work out how much you have actually 'earned', and how much you have legitimately spent on expenses. And yes, it is even possible to make a loss, on paper, for the odd job!

Timne, do you think it would be worth including the bit in red as an addendum to the first post? (Reworded in your wonderful accountantese, of course! :T)

  • Thanks Timne, and to you! (and all other users of this thread!)

:easter_os - we don't seem to have a HNY smiley, so I'll get ahead of the game! :rotfl:

Oooh, just done my first ever shop for Retaileyes. Is it just me or do the staff at Retaileyes have this "Am I Bovvered?" kinda attitude. I just called and it was like talking to Vicky Pollard!
