Hi all, Just wanted to wish everyone a happy christmas and new year. All your advice has been a great help. I have signed up to 2 MS places and completed 2 assigments, I have really enjoyed it and would not have had the confidence to sign up without the help of you guys so thanks ssoo much.
  • Do GR ever pay extra for a job to be done ?

The reason I ask is that I had a call from them this morning asking if I assess a bank. I politely declined because the distance was too great and asked if there was anything they could do to help. "We don't pay travelling" said she. I said it is about 20 miles each way (confirmed now, it is 49 miles round trip). That is over a gallon of fuel and add to that parking, The job only pays £10.

Maybe I'm expecting too much. :(

Too right for not accepting to do it when they refuse to pay expenses.:T
I have had them double a fee for bank jobs in the past when the deadlines have been tight, so it's worth only agreeing when they cough up the extra.
  • Hi
I need some extra cash so I thought I'd give this a go. Is it ok to sign up with more than 1 company?

    MERRY CHRISTMAS:santa2:

Thanks for confirming that. I have only done two jobs for them so far and I was reluctant to decline the job because I didn't want to get on the wrong side of them.

<note to self: Must be stronger>

    Definitely a yes !
In fact, from my limited experience, you won't get much work from just one. I have to say though, we (wife and I) don't see this as a way to earn much money. It does however provide free meals out occasionally, which for us has been mainly pizzas and unlucky fried kitten with just a couple of pubs thrown in.

    Enjoy !

Is any one out there having any problem in opening the Assignment Notes File in RE site. When I clicked on the Assignment Notes – downloaded button the file did not open.
But I could open the Questionnaires file easily.
In William Hill Assignments both files (Assignment Notes & Questionnaires ) opened with no problems whatsoever. It seemed to me some of those Pubs Assignments files were damaged??

Can you edit your post to remove the clients names? It's not allowed on here to mention by name the clients you are shopping for. Cryptically mentioning them is fine - eg Greasy Burgers and Fried Chicken, but not the actual brand names.
