Turned down, blown out, given the cold shoulder.
Yes you have guessed i had an "unsuccessful application" with tns and here i was thinking i would be accepted.
Has anyone else that was "unsuccessful"ever bothered to find out why?
Not so much annoyed as curious,i seem to be good enough for the others like gap etc.
Ah well fortunately at the moment i have plenty to keep me busy.:j

It could be something as simple as no vacancy in your region from what I've heard.
  • I have been a mystery shopper for about 3 years and, in November last year, I left the Incapacity Benefit register. Mystery shopping is now my full-time job.

It will never make me rich and I have some limitations (due to a disability) which restricts the hours I can work and what jobs I can do. But, with the addition of Working Tax Credit, I can easily earn more than I ever got on Incapacity Benefit.

Does anyone else do mystery shopping as a full-time occupation?

Along with merchandising and auditing, I was doing it full time until I had the baby.

I'm just doing it part time now.
Here I go again on my own....

not yet, but I must say it is rather addictive, I'm still learning what to do and making it fit in and work in my life rather than accept all so that I can actually make a little bit or just use it for when I want it.

  • I am hoping it will become my full-time work eventually. I am just gaining experience at the moment, we'll see where I am in a couple of years time
  • I am finding it a bit addictive as well. I must watch it is not to the detriment of my family, that would rather defeat the object.I did a pub job last night for the experience. At this stage I am trying everything and every company to see what fits in best with my life and expectations.I must admit some of the jobs are so badly paid! On the flip side Bare rang me today almost begging me to do a job with a bonus payment attached. Nice.

Im starting to look like a xxxx xxxxxx i have that many stamps lol.
    thanks

I usually buy 10 euros, each time and they soon add up towards spending money for hols. There's always greeting cards in a lot of stamp places.

Just done my first job for Retail Maxim and got paid this week, but have only had the reimbursement for what I spent, not my expenses - does anyone know whether they pay these separately? I was a bit late sending my expense form in, so maybe missed a deadline for this month? Would they pay the reimbursement, because they know how much that is and I might get the expenses next month?

    TIA

I have earned £600+ this month plus another £500 in Working Tax Credit. So, it can provide an income that a single person can live on.
