Windows are clean because window cleaners have been. Small boy taken to look at rabbits. One of us was trying to socially distance and that's 1 child... Small boy was son of a window cleaner.
Bean framey bamboo thing erected and beans planed. 4 runners and 4 French (ooh la la) and well watered. Rest of veg plot watered. I still need to remove roots and grass from top bit but the soil is rock hard. Hutch cover draped over rabbit run to add shade. I'm covering another class today lol. Not that there's much to mark, yet.
I have celery to plant, too but know nothing about that so need to go and consult Carol Klein.

As I predicted a slow start here. But OH came home for lunch, brought his picnic with hime so that was easy. Letter from pension people arrived, we looked at it, decided it needed some info and action, so since lunch I have phoned them, go the info, requested retirement pack. Whilst sitting at the desk, which was tidy thanks to this lovely thread, I sent 2 other much needed emails so a step in the right direction and I am now going to look at some of the other bits and bobs in the tray.
Lunch cleared up

We have been to bandq. They didnt have the edging we needed, but got something similar. DH is currently in the garden. He seems to have 'that' face on, so I am staying well clear!
I have just finished another webinar, which I started while still out (yes, I was that person in the queue to pay with phone in hand and earphones in! 😱😂)
I think I will make a cuppa and some lunch, and hang the washing out. We are having BBQ later, so I need to get it out now!
MeandThe2 I hope it's not too painful!
Valli I know nothing about celery, so can't help with that one, sorry!

I missed yesterday.. I was busy.. OH and I decided he needed to tidy his gubbins in the bedroom.. I facilitated providing binbags and boxes because he couldn't possibly find those things himself.. I then had to tell him he did not need to look at 6 year old receipts and to just bin the darn things.. and business cards 12 years and 3 jobs ago.. I need him to sort through his clothing and find homes for the 6 huge holdalls, his plastic swords and the 4ft high pile of books can actually go on a bookcase not in a heap in the bedroom.. he even emptied his bins.. so.. 4 binbags later .. we have a tiny bit of space.. I asked if the bed was cleared at about 8pm.. he said 'I put all my stuff away' .. and he had.. leaving me with stuff belonging to EVERYONE else.. I had a bit of a growl at this point and praised him for putting away his stuff and said it is a bit unfair to leave me with everything that wasn't his.. he stomped about a bit but got it put away eventually..
I got all our bedding washed and the duvet .
I have 4 more loads washed and hung out
The DW needs reloading
Cat trays all sparkled so my house is not honking of urine.
I have 4 binbags of childrens clothes to leave, 4 boxes of books still and a box of happyland track.. I really need charity shops open!! lol
We went to the Range yesterday.. I got a bin for the bathroom because I am so exciting and some plants for the 1000 empty planters.
I have to get bits for our wedding anniversary and Twinkles birthday.. thankfully my new bank card arrived today.. 2 days after ordering it... well impressed by the speed of its arrival.
I may have to go fling some more stuff out of the house. .. and buy the first 4 rolls of hallway wallpaper... 5 if I can get a decent price.

Coo - ee xx Surprise, surprise - tis me
I've been spontaneous and booked this afternoon off as Annual LeaveThe building that we work in is a hot house - and after reading the email to say no fans allowed because of the covid infection risk, and then the email to say do not prop open outside doors to let in a draught - I booked my Leave. The door was propped open when I left - I exited by an alternate route so I couldn't be blamed for leaving it open. I predict a riot. A hot and bad tempered one
I'd have sat it out but I was sat twiddling my thumbs waiting for work to come in - and so here I am.
I ought to fly - but it really does feel like a read a book afternoon. Don't you think? I fed the birds and put out the recycling this morning. DS has put out the bin and recycling box ready for tomorrow (bit early, but once my car is in the drive we can't get the bin out).

Oh.. while I have been bored.. I have done an advanced diploma in diet and nutrition.. I really do not do bored very well.. I can not just sit doing nothing.
Right.. more laundry.. more DW .. and more flinging.. LOVE IT!

Bank emailed and then spoken to on phone
2 letters written
Document scanned and emailed
Pay slips printed and filed
Recycling and normal bin full, so there must be some cr** going out of this house.
