Does anyone know how the cashback works, do they send you a cheque/voucher or do they just take your cashback balance off your current card bill? If the latter, is that monthly or annually? Sorry for all the questions, their FAQs are pretty hopeless!
We’ll credit your Cashback every month onto your account. You don’t have to go into store to redeem it or remember to download it, we will do that automatically.
i got an email/sms that my card was being sent out and i should get it within 10 days i did get it afew days later probably 3/4 days after that communication. I also got an email/sms yesterday saying if hadn't got my card by now please contact us.
It would be interesting to know how many cards they were sending out during the month of august i'd guess its tens of thousands if not more.

The only odd thing is that they've sent me a new card but not my wife, who is an additional card holder. Her light green Asda card still works, so it's no major issue, it's just odd that they wouldn't send them both at the same time!0 -
i have over £100 of cashback to spend. I remember getting an email saying that paper vouchers would be sent out and i would 88 days to use them. However i got a email the other day saying i need to create the voucher by 12th september and spend it within 28 days. I dont regularly shop at asda since lockdown. so i am wondering whats the best way to get this spent. I i ordered over £100 on george clothing and then returned it what happens to the refund. Would I just be better going in for one trip spending over £100 on foods and a bit on homeware to take it up to the balance and then just get refund on homeware same day onto gift card. I dont really want to mess asda about but i dont want to spend £150 for the sake of it.0

Dragging this back up, sorry. We decided to 'do nothing' so the card is now dead, but TUI have just said that they will send us a £50 refund to my ASDA card. What happens with that, does anyone know?0

I think there was an email address which you have to contact regarding the refund.
Look back in this thread, I'm sure someone quoted the email.
Edited to add I found the email, received 9th July.
Dear kaMelo
You won’t be able to use your Asda Card after 13th July
We recently wrote to you explaining that the relationship between Creation and Asda is coming to an end on 13th July 2020.
This is a reminder that your card will stop working after 13th July 2020 and your account will be closed.
You will still be required to pay off any outstanding balance and can still make payments to reduce your balance on your Online Account Manager or through the Creation credit card App. You will continue to receive Creation statements after this date for as long as you have an outstanding balance.
What about my cashback?
Paper cashback vouchers will be posted to you before the end of August 2020 and you will have 88 days to redeem.
You must redeem any cashback vouchers before the expiry date stated on the voucher, any cashback not used will be lost.
What if I’m waiting for a refund?
If you are waiting for a refund onto this card, the refund transaction will still go through and you will receive a statement showing this transaction. Please contact us on RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk and include your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card and the bank details of where you would like any credit balance paid to.

Oh ... My bad, I thought it continued as a creation card if you did nothing, but reading back it looks like you had to confirm you wanted to do so, which you didnt.
Your only option may be to contact TUI and asking for a cheque1 -
