Ralph-y, i did follow, i have informed relevant parties, and authorities about a residence address.Was told during a meditation session, that they have no notification of that!. So they can Say what ever they want. Even me or a Court can not to check it out! Another thing is, major, i thing Point in the case is, that on the day of Offence😅, was no petrol for my truck. Again V,. C. S is not bother to check this out. Do you believe that the Court Will be wililnig to requests this evidence? Doubt to.0

If they deny having received the information from you about your new address for service, they are likely to send all correspondence including the court claim to your old UK address. You need to ensure it is collected and forwarded to you.
You should also resend your overseas address details both electronically and by post, referring to your previous instruction to change your address.
Did you contact their DPO to do this? You need to take screenshots of anything you send by email and/or send a copy to yourself to prove the email system was working.
You should also send a complaint to the IPC that VCS failed to acknowledge and update your change of address.

You have to/should have contacted the DPO, not rely on someone else forwarding it to them. All you are telling them is your current address for service where all their correspondence and any court correspondence should be sent.
