Just update,Went through the Mediation today.Nothing like pushing ,bulling or sort of this thing.Would say brilliant manners from the mediator. After going trough all procedure,i was informed that V.C,S has decreased DEBT from £185 to £145.which i did not agreed.Obviously, have explained situation, arguments etc.I mean i live out of the UK,all parties been informed accordingly. However i does not impressed anyone to be honest on the other side of the phone.Just to check what will happen if offer them £45 to close it today,as UK and companies like VCS struggling these days
.Another call to claimant, and nooo..finally they stopped on £85 as on open offer till tmrw.So waiting ,to hear from the Court, what next.Worth to add that VCS did not confirmed any phone calls to them, also state that they did not received any info about my residential address. Also arguments like lack of fuel on the day of offence,VCS is not willing to check either confirm this fact.

A lot of UK companues are struggling, but to say VCS are and need help is nothing more than crocodile tears from Simon Renshaw Smith.
On the subject of tears, non will be shed if the likes of VCS did go under and with it Excell, the IPC/IAS and the whole sorry lotFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"3 -

Why are you offering to pay anything? Defend this in court - it will cost VCS far more to take you to court than they will get from the process.

Good! We did tell you NOT TO OFFER ANY MONEY:OK, in your case in Germany that little chat is a chance to tell the Claimant that you will not be paying anything, are not liable and live in Germany as your permanent residence and that they must erase all other addresses from their databank.
DO NOT let the Mediator push you into making an offer.
You made an offer - why? You know it's not a debt, right?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
