I should add that if it does result in a court case, it is not a criminal court. It is for a civil or contract dispute, not a criminal offence. Even if you lose, it cannot have any possible affect on someone who lives in another country.

I feel that no matter what sound, well tested, advice we give the OP, he's going to find problems with it and reject it. There's only so far anyone can go.

True,i`am not a German citizen.and i was UK resident.can provide address in Germany it is not a problem,even confirmed by Higher Authorities.

None of this matters. The result of a small claims court in the UK cannot affect anything that happens to you in your country of residence.
As I said before, tell the DPO of the parking company and their solicitors your German address for service and provide written proof, and provide a German 'phone number if required by the court with the word (Germany) after it.
Every time you have contact with anyone and everyone concerning this, state over and over again that you live in Germany, and want an interpreter.

Hello A mediation service can not be canceled.Have info from Solicitor ,and charges to take a case are:£600 plus the VAT,Every hour at the court around £175 plus the VAT.Charges ,f case taken to SMALL CLAIMS COURT,,can not be claimed back.
