If you have a date of your telephone HEARING (not Mediation) then that letter tells you what you MUST do and by when. It does say you have to submit a WS & evidence, if a hearing date has been set.
When is this hearing and show us that Order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When you next contact the court, ask for a translator to be linked in to the telephone hearing. Make sure you tell everyone involved that you are in Germany and are a permanent resident there. As a result you do not understand the UK court process.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4
hi,thank you guys.i do have UK telephone number,so it should not to be a problem with that.In terms of translator
You MUST give them a local phone number for them to call you, and as for a translator, most English speaking people struggle with the terms used in the private parking world, add in to that the complex court specific terms that are also used and you are immediately onto a losing streak.A quick Google search shows that to dial a German T-mobile mobile phone number you need to dial+49151 xxxxxx (+49 code for German0,y 151 prefix for T-mobile xxx being the rest of the number) state that this is an international ( German) number, and they will be conducting this hearing outside of UK jurisdiction (in Germany) and as a permanent resident in Germany and native German speaker you will require a translatorFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Half-Way, the old HTML markers don't work, you use <blockquote class="Quote"> TEXT HERE </blockquote> for a quoteand <b>BOLD</b> for well, erm BOLD. but you have to have the HTML view turned on via the </> icon2
