Still waiting here and no DD set up yet. Fingers crossed for today or Monday before the month end0

I rang HSBC this morning to know what is delaying the payment. They person i spoke to couldn't see the first ecosign I signed on 16th, but can see the one i signed on 24th. He said he can see activity on the account yesterday which means they will get back to me soon. To my greatest surprise, i receive again another ecosign at 10:42am after stating on the last ecosign that "this is the final ecosign". This time around, they needed me to fill in the direct debit and sign! I have done all that, just hope this is the last ecosign.0

Thank goodness 🙏. The money is now in my account but not yet available. This is within 20 minutes i signed the ecosign. I hope everyone receive theirs soonest.0

I'll keep it brief as i know you've read 44 pages before me and i'll do what i do each week and place my arc below so someone can draw perspective from my journey to date.May12th: applied for 3k loan with HSBC using my First Direct current account, got auto email back and turned it round again.A lot off nothing follows here with regular a regualar weekly phone calls the staff at home working for HSBC, they did their best.June 8th : Today when i ring the operative tells me I probably should get a feeder account and takes my details and says someone will call me sometime in the weeks ahead - so that's 4 weeks wasted.June 12th; The feeder account lady calls me and we spend a good 40 mins going through the feeder account application (a credit search will arise from this). I'm then told the feeder account could take a week to be accepted (or not) and then I can apply for the loan (again), i'm told this could take another month.(!)June 26th Currently still amidst the feeder account creation process with bits of info going back and forth.

HSBC seemed to be stuck currently on the batches of 16th June signers (with errors). Some already got their second set / third set of echosigns, and some still stuck? Anyone out there signed on 17th or 18th? Mine was signed 18th, has a DD set up without date or amount.. but no drawdown account showing facility available. Deeply stressed!0

Never ind th Bounceback loan I am being bounced around to multiple numbers and support teams to try and find what is happening - started on 0800 012 1614 - very busy apparently1

Here's the number i rang them on 03457606060. I rang them very early at 08:00am when they are not quite busy. I can't still withdraw, still hasn't cleared up but it's a step in good direction. I hope you all get yours, it's nerve-racking waiting for the fund!1
