HSBC Bounce back loan

I have my company for two years now, i opened a business account with HSBS on 19th of May applied for BBL on 21st of May, I signed ecosign on 16th of June at 7pm thinking money will show within 48hrs. I have been calling and sending emails to any of their contacts. Just yesterday, I received another ecosign saying they made a mistake and they have corrected their mistakes all I need is to sign. I have signed and submitted the ecosign since 7pm yesterday still no fund is showing. Some people said money show within 2 hours of signing the second ecosign, i don't know why mine is different! Very frustrating to be checking on your account every seconds hoping to see fund but nothing shows!

So frustrating. I’m exact same position as you, re signed the docs yest at 7pm, no sign of funds or loan account showing in my app

Anyone been waiting over 6 weeks?  My husband has a personal account and is sole trader.  He applied on 11th May, got confirmation but as heard nothing since.  It's ridiculous.  He called a couple of weeks ago and they couldn't tell him anything but to wait, it's shocking!

Hi , I’m in the same position, e signed on the 16th got a email yesterday to say they had made a mistake in the wording and to resign new documents ( but not to do direct debit again! Just wondered if anyone got a confirmation email after submitting the revised version?. As I’m a bit concerned that it may not of got there as I got confirmation on the original submission on the 16th! Be very grateful if one of you could let me know if you got a confirmation email yesterday or today.?

I had an email from HSBC last night that stated 'we've identified that the name on the facility offer letter is incorrect.' and wanted me to resign some new echosign docs and they will expedite my funds. I couldn't see anything wrong with the original set of the documents I signed, but I signed the new docs anyway. To let you know I have a business account with a bank that is not authorised for BBL so I applied for a new business account (not feeder) with HSBC before applying for BBL. The whole process so far including applying and getting approved for the new HSBC account has been around 3 weeks. I signed my first set of echosign docs 6 days ago and resigned the amended docs last night. Nothing has appeared in my account yet but I will post on here once funds clear.

Ive called them and they say I should of received confirmation, however they said wait 48 hours and see what happens. The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left ones doing!! 

However would be grateful if you could post when you get any news,

I think it's same person handling our lot and he/she must be lousy at his/her job! There's no reason for this delays, putting people in huge pressure and doing nothing. I was happy when i saw another ecosign thinking within the next 2 hours, "like others said" i will get my fund, didn't know it was another prank!

Just to let all of you know my BBL money is now in my account 24 hours after I signed the second echosign document so hopefully everyone else will get theirs soon too.
