Finally some movement on my end.
My MP got on to HSBC about the delay and being back of queue after re applying once my feeder account was set up.

Within a hr she had a reply and I had documents to sign marked urgent and was told money should be in account by end of working week.

Stay in there guys and if you're re really stuck  ask your MP. Mines been brilliant and I'm sure without her I wouldn't have got it.

So, you couldn't make this stuff up, just had a new set of documents sent through from HSBC to sign because they say they made mistakes on the first set of documents.  They say they will expedite the funds as soon as resigned - will have to wait and see.

Same as you. Resigned the docs at 7pm, let’s hope funds are in the account in the morning. I’ll post an update if the funds drop!

    Hello,
I have a sole trader Buisness account with HSBC and later upgraded my company to LTD two years ago, I applied for the BBL on the 11 May 2020 and no update, raised a complaint and someone contacted me saying I will need to open a feeder account, two days after I got another call from HSBC say I don’t need to open any account that HSBC is currently looking into this - People with sole trader account that have upgraded their company to LTD, that I will hear from them weekend. More than 2 weeks now, no update. I have called but the representatives always has nothing to say. Is anyone in same situation here please? Or any ideas will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Hi all, I applied for BBL with HSBC, I got the letter to sign on 16.06, echosign. I signed it and waited. As no response from them I contacted them yesterday and I was told they will review it. 1 hour later I got another email with a new to sign letter saying there was a tipe in mistake and I have to sign again, but this new agreement letter is different showing more sections and more obligations from my side. Please if anyone had something similar let us know.
    Appreciate
