  • I saw you had been told to open a feeder account and was a little concerned that would be what they would come back at me with, but I haven’t had to.  Is the difference that you are ltd?  Good luck, I hope you get the funds in soon.
  • a little worried - here is my timeline
16/06 - got the echo forms
24/06 - got the same forms sent again
25/06 - I have a seperate account called "bounceback loan"

This was not allowing me to transfer funds from the bounceback loan account to the business account. Called HSBC business banking and they told me that the funds would automatically be transferred to the main account - but this is an "automatic" process and they can not do anything.

Any advice or anyone can shed light on this... please do.

A little anxious, would be understatement of the year

    Thank you in advance

I have a similar issue. I think you can only transfer once the money has cleared. I have two account showing up, one my business account and the other BBL. They have balance and available balance,  the money is showing on the available balance but the balance is showing 0.00! I'm thinking it will clear after a business working day. So fingers crossed it will clear tomorrow.

HSBC seemed to be stuck currently on the batches of 16th June signers (with errors). Some already got their second set / third set of echosigns, and some still stuck? Anyone out there signed on 17th or 18th? Mine was signed 18th, has a DD set up without date or amount.. but no drawdown account showing facility available. Deeply stressed!
I signed on 18th june aswell.
received an e-mail the following day saying that im not a hsbc customer, ringed them a few times and they said everything is fine and i should wait for money, not no money yet only the DD
    have you received your money?
Andre87 .. some movements this morning. My Direct Debit set up as HSBC PLC LOAN has gone missing from the Direct Debit page. I wonder what's next?!

no i'm not ltd, just a sole trader with a First direct personal account that was told 1 month after my application that i need a feeder account, then worked (am still working!) through it. Apparently i heard from my lady at HSBC today and said the delays are at the screening in relation to the feeder, i've been in feeder creation for nearly 3 weeks now, still amidst it.

I was left hanging when asking any week 7 people out there for a high five, most hurt!
It can't just be me surely?  ✋

7 weeks for my husband today, he's heard nothing, not even a mention of opening a feeder account.  We emailed the CEO etc last week not hear anything,  It's so bad that no one will tell him anything.

that's bad, i called them which uncovered the fact i needed a feeder account. Can't remember what number of the ones on here (hsbc coronavirus bounce back help line - or somthing like that) I called but using your bank account info they should be able to acknowledge you are still waiting - or worse still they havn't anything about you. I'd be calling them, i'd like to think the full glut of telephone enquiries may have peeked and you'd get through in reasonable time now maybe.

Andre87 - I managed to get through to HSBC late yesterday and been informed that there has been a note added to the system to send me new echosign agreement. I have not received this however. Hope better luck for you and everyone on the forum still waiting to sign or drawdown the facility. Increasingly desperate as it is end of month today.
