Andre87 .. some movements this morning. My Direct Debit set up as HSBC PLC LOAN has gone missing from the Direct Debit page. I wonder what's next?!

Andre87 - I managed to get through to HSBC late yesterday and been informed that there has been a note added to the system to send me new echosign agreement. I have not received this however. Hope better luck for you and everyone on the forum still waiting to sign or drawdown the facility. Increasingly desperate as it is end of month today.

I applied for a HSBC business  account on 16th May (i dont have a personal account with them) and was accepted on the 5th June. I applied for the BBL on the 5th and i received the echo sign doc on Tue 16th @19.30 via email. Signed and submitted but no money received upto Sat 20th. 

Update on the above: I emailed the complaints department on Wed 24th June with a basic email. No email or anything back from them!
Thursday 25th 8.30pm the money appeared in my account as cleared funds. No DD mandate  showing and still not showing today.

weird thing happen today anyway the background..
got my echo signed two weeks ago
last week wednesday got another echo (24/06) and signed
Now my BBL account shows, but it has not been transferred into my account
I have called everyday since friday and today she told me, that there was a problem with my company from companies house, and it was struck off - all it was, that the annual statement was not submitted etc, but this was in April. 
Now they adviced they are investigating, but my question is -
Is this a delay tactic - and my other question is that - why would you offer a BBL and get it all signed and then supposedly check later? It makes no sense to me!

Can anyone shed light on this please.

Every other advisor told me, to wait for the drawdown... I am worried sick now

If the company has been struck off then you will not be able to get a BBL as the legal entity you are trying to apply for no longer exists. You may also find your banking services are terminated shortly.

If the company has not been struck off but the confirmation statement is overdue then Companies House may have begun the process of striking the company off, in those circumstances you are not eligible for the loan and would have to put the company's affairs in good order to be able to obtain any loan, not just a BBL.

see this has all been rectified (in march) and this also shows on companies house you see... this is what confuses me.
so the confirmation statements have been submitted and confirmed all in march...

i have applied 3 weeks ago for a BBL with an existing account of an Ltd Company, didn't hear anything and didn't get the ECO sign documents, will it help to call them, or I just need to wait and wait...?

I am afraid, there is nothing you can do.  I have phoned and emailed numerous times - they answer the phone but they can tell you nothing and do not have access to any records.  It is soul destroying.  We have been 8 weeks on this journey now - we had approval of the loan and signed documents a week ago and still no sign of funds.
