I too am still waiting. I requested refund in April (we were due to fly Easter Sunday). I got an email last week from them saying dont forget you have a voucher! I've never accepted a voucher. They must be the worst airline for refunds!

Had an conformation of my refund by email this week0

Brilliant when was your flight booked for? That may give an indication of where they are with refunds 👍🏻0

Yeah, might flights were 4th April and I twice had to apply for a refund and refuse a voucher. As other have said - I don't plan to book with Ryanair again in the future; their approach has been nothing short of shocking.0

Me either no confidence in them now.. I appreciate it is unprecedented times and they didn’t know this would happen but nor did the others and they were much faster to act in the interest of their customers ... not impressed at all with their handling but of it at all0

They've put their business first above all else; understandable, but their methods are deplorable. They've penalised many areas of their business in pursuit of not just survival, profit: staff reductions (3000+ redundant, 20% pay reduction), customers (retention of refundable revenues way beyond the statutory 7-day period). No doubt there will be other areas. Giving them business now feels like shooting myself in the foot, and it will never happen again. Am now up to about day 50 waiting for my refund; I'm thankfully not in dire need of it, but what of the thousands that have been laid off and need the cash?0

Yes I agree with everything you have said. I am paying for 6 people’s flights on my credit card and the interest is ridiculous that has accrued no point in a payment holiday as you still have to pay it at the end ... unfortunately the cost of the interest has amounted to the cost of my flight now in the first place. I can’t afford to pay off that large sum in one hit so I’m paying £100 month but £70 is in interest dreadful state of affairs when it was for a holiday break.0
