Ryanair refund thread

            My flight to Dublin with Ryanair was cancelled today. Have to say was very impressed with the process - applied for a refund with no issues and apparently will get it within 28 days or so. Fingers crossed.0

            Anyone else tried to refund cancelled flights from their account and get an error message about a previous application already in for this booking?
 This after trying to get refund using the cancellation email but just get a message about an error occuring?
 And how long after people have requested refunds are people receiving emails?0

 Yes, same here. After many trials yesterday and this moring ending up with "We are sorry but we are unable to process your application at this time. Please try again later" I made the mistake this morning of reloading the page to see if it helps. And now I have the "A previous application has already been submitted for this booking" message!  You're now assuming one of your previous attempts was successful in applying for this refund?
 But you've received no confirmation (email / screen message etc) that this refund request was successfully submitted?

 I'm afraid I am not that optimistic. Pretty sure none of my application attempts went through. Well, I've never seen the acknowledgement webpage that other people report here. And no, I haven't received any email either.veryintrigued said:

            When i filled the refund form in,and pressed submit,it said application recieved,and a email will be sent when its been approved,and payment will be sent within 28 days. If not recieved by then i will do a chargeback on my credit card

            Hi all,
 Ryanair cancelled my flight to Dublin yesterday, it was outbound Tuesday 30th June. They haven't cancelled the return which is the next day Wednesday 1st July, am I eligible for a refund on both flights? Obviously I cant get there on the 30th to return the following day so surely i am? I believe they are running more flights from July so worried it wont actually get cancelled?
