    Hi All

I've just caught up with this thread and i'd like to set myself a little challenge too if i may?

My total debt is circa 17k at the moment. However i'd like to reduce that to 7k by the end of the year, thus clearing around 10k.

So far i've managed to clear around £600 by paying off my very smallest debts like my sister and another small loan. I also want to clear my £215 credit card balance in the next couple of weeks!

So good luck to me and everyone else!!

    Loubie xx

I like decluttering too. I joined a challenge on here last year and each week we had a task to do whether it was sorting out a drawer full of paperwork, a room or a cupboard. At the time I managed to sort out my hall cupboard which (for me) was a major achievement. Think I might set myself little tasks each week to sort the clutter and either bin/charity shop/freecycle or ebay it.

Took the bull by the horns so to speak and listed a book I've had in my desk drawer for about 2 years (and read) and listed it on Amazon Marketplace, half an hour later its SOLD!!! :D Ok, only £2.20 profit but I'm one item less in my clutter and a few pounds up will add it once it hits my bank account. Must start listing the other stuff and see what else sells!
CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J

I've only made about £40 so far by selling some bits on ebay. Cant wait to get back to work on monday and start earning then I can put up more each month. Roll on end of february (big juicy payday!!)

Going to sell some more stuff. I've been very half-hearted about it so its time for a serious de-cluttering tomorrow I think! I'm still trying to take the plunge and flog my bugaboo pushchair but I cant let go! I love it so much but my boy would be quite happy with a cheap buggy.... I'll sell it one day I promise!

Thinking about doing Avon in my spare time for extra wonga. Anyone else do this?

Excellent news on paying off the Egg card, taxi :T

Tomorrow I hope to get my first pay packet from my new job (I have the payslip, just not the cold hard cash yet!) so will be debt busting pretty soon :D
