May I ask why you ask this please
Maybe he wants to help you?

Thank you.   I had a look through the threads before and couldnt  see any mention of the car park or situation, there doesnt seem to be much about the no return rule on here , unless I have missed it.   I am naturally a cautious person sorry,  nothing intended !
I will try to get my defence posted on here asap. Thank you.

Thank you.   As with many posters,  this is rather difficult to get ones head around and being a bit clueless as to all the tech stuff doesnt help !  My defence has been submitted, and acknowledged,  not the best I will admit, but circumstances meant I had just get on with it and get it off. I still have not received DQ from the court. Hopefully, with help from you guys which I really appreciate, I can get on the right track.  I will post asap. Thank you.

With 2,373 forum pages each containing 20 threads, that's close on fifty thousand separate cases over the past 12 years - most of the infamous locations around this country will have been covered at some stage.  But unless you tell us, who knows what we know, and we won't be able to accurately advise.

But you can't expect people to give you lots of their personal time to help you, free of charge, with your problem if you're only going to work with them on your terms.

I would never expect things to be done on my terms at all, if that's how it came across then I apologise, I was just wanting to be careful .  I  fully appreciate people are giving their time and help free of charge and this is greatly appreciated thank you.

I will shortly be typing out and posting on here my letter of defence that I sent ( please bear with me as I have no laptop and have to use my phone ! ) but firstly I was hoping somebody may be able to answer a few questions please.
Is it too late to send ES a SAR at this point ( defence sent and acknowledged,  awaiting court DQ ) ?
Can I also send Gladstones a SAR request now and if so is it worth adding onto the request a note about the £60 abuse of process thing ?
Is it ok to do these by post ( either registered or certificate of posting) as I dont really want to be giving my email details to them unless absolutely forced to !  I am aware however if it is posted that they can say it was never received or refuse to sign for it so that's a difficult one really.

I have been looking and am struggling to find 'legal stuff' about charges relating to returning to a site. I did find on POFA 2012 para 7 (3) - The notice must relate only to a single period of parking specified under sub paragraph (2) (a)  ( but this does not prevent the giving of separate notices each specifying different parts of a single period of parking )
How can an alledged return to a carpark  ( so 2 visits / 2 lots of parking ) be classed as a single period of parking ??
    Thank you.
