Thank you. I had a look through the threads before and couldnt see any mention of the car park or situation, there doesnt seem to be much about the no return rule on here , unless I have missed it. I am naturally a cautious person sorry, nothing intended !
I will try to get my defence posted on here asap. Thank you.1 -
In order for us to help you, we need as much information as possible,. For example, it makes a huge difference in which nation within the UK you live, because there are different laws in some parts of the UK compared to others.
Just because you haven't found the same location mentioned in other threads does not mean it hasn't come up before, or that we can't help you because you haven't found any mention elsewhere.
For example, I have photos of car parks near me and in a city 20 miles away, but as far as I know those locations have only ever come up once each on here.
I also collect copies of alleged contracts from various locations whenever someone posts here. If you trawl through the threads you will soon pick out the regulars. There aren't that many of us, and all can be trusted. Just ensure you never reveal personal information.
The scammers will get to see everything concerning the location at some point so you might as well help us to help you sooner rather than later.

Thank you. As with many posters, this is rather difficult to get ones head around and being a bit clueless as to all the tech stuff doesnt help ! My defence has been submitted, and acknowledged, not the best I will admit, but circumstances meant I had just get on with it and get it off. I still have not received DQ from the court. Hopefully, with help from you guys which I really appreciate, I can get on the right track. I will post asap. Thank you.0

I would never expect things to be done on my terms at all, if that's how it came across then I apologise, I was just wanting to be careful . I fully appreciate people are giving their time and help free of charge and this is greatly appreciated thank you.

If so, here's a thread started only last month:

I'm not saying that's going to help you too much, just pointing out that most car parks feature here to some extent.8 -
I will shortly be typing out and posting on here my letter of defence that I sent ( please bear with me as I have no laptop and have to use my phone ! ) but firstly I was hoping somebody may be able to answer a few questions please.
Is it too late to send ES a SAR at this point ( defence sent and acknowledged, awaiting court DQ ) ?
Can I also send Gladstones a SAR request now and if so is it worth adding onto the request a note about the £60 abuse of process thing ?
Is it ok to do these by post ( either registered or certificate of posting) as I dont really want to be giving my email details to them unless absolutely forced to ! I am aware however if it is posted that they can say it was never received or refuse to sign for it so that's a difficult one really.
I have been looking and am struggling to find 'legal stuff' about charges relating to returning to a site. I did find on POFA 2012 para 7 (3) - The notice must relate only to a single period of parking specified under sub paragraph (2) (a) ( but this does not prevent the giving of separate notices each specifying different parts of a single period of parking )
How can an alledged return to a carpark ( so 2 visits / 2 lots of parking ) be classed as a single period of parking ??
Thank you.
