If you haven't received your DQ, then you cannot know about any deadline, as it would have been indicated in the letter that came with the DQ. If you are concerned you could download your own DQ as per instructions here: -Wait for your own Directions Questionnaire from the CCBC, or download one from the internet - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track , and then complete it as described by bargepole in his 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64350585#Comment_64350585

Yes I have checked MCOL earlier , it lists latest document as AOS and the response / claims history etc says no recent transactions, the last thing is the defence received 08/04/20.
That's the reason for my question about a timeframe for my DQ, I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing anything. Thank you.0 -

Many thanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks.
If it were me, I would prefer an electronic copy. You can always print it yourself if really necessary.4 -
Thank you . Not being familiar at the moment with all of this, is it likely to be pages and pages just out of interest ??!!0
