Yes I have checked MCOL earlier ,  it lists latest document as AOS and the response / claims history etc says  no recent transactions,  the last thing is the defence received 08/04/20.

That's the reason for my question about a timeframe for my DQ,  I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing anything. Thank you.

Feel free to just fill out one yourself. No harm. Send to claimant and court.
As per instructions posted at 3.29 today.

Could I please ask is it better to have the PPC send the SAR data to you by email or post  or is it just a personal choice ??
    Many thanks

Hardly matters, but do you have capacity to dictate?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The reply from them says I can have the data sent electronically or in paper format sent on sign for basis. ??
    Thanks.

    Then you decide.

If it were me, I would prefer an electronic copy. You can always print it yourself if really necessary.

Thank you .  Not being familiar at the moment with all of this,  is it likely to be pages and pages just out of interest ??!!

It will (should) be everything with your personal details on it. This will (should) include the PCN, any images of your VRM, and any other correspondence with your personal data on it.
