You seem rather mixed up with this. It is not 'illegal'. You need to sort out the difference between 'illegal' and 'unlawful'. Perhaps your daughter can help.

It's not illegal otherwise the judges would say that.
It is a fantasy charge introduced by a legal who is now struggling ... you know who.

The way to hit the parking companies would be if everyone refused to pay the parking claims. They could not possibly take every claim to court. That would be my idea of civil disobedience but it's not likely to happen.

Of course it is not likely to happen.  This is rip off Britain, where people pay £200 plus for a pair of trainers, sell their scrap gold at a fraction of spot, and pay an arm and a leg to watch men with silly haircuts kick a ball around for a couple of hours.

I would not call the two judges that heard my case "condescending t-ats". They both seemed very measured and fair.  If you do end up in court with your parking case don't wind them up.

The barristers and representatives in these cases just have to take what comes along a bit like a taxi driver does in a taxi rank.

 I could not agree more best way to break the system is not to pay.
I challenge all PNC's , All Moving Traffic penalty's  
Win or Lose I never pay and enforcement never get into my house and can not take my car.
Eventually they go and find a different easy targets.
If every one challenged and refused to pay   the whole system would collapse.

Not going there my personal experiences with the Corrupt Crown was going to but  just deleted ,changed my mind  have a look at what corrupts cops done in 2008 with handcuffs to my wrist (attached,)
They  Attacked a heavily bandaged wrist in the police station  had to go back to hospital to get it stitched again the next day.
 They got away with it by blackmailing a corrupt solicitor when a court ordered that my complaints should go forward not saying any more because I am thinking about writing a book.
But that's why I am banging on about the altered paper work that's more important than winning the case to me  I hate bent solicitors  Love the good ones and I have met more than my fair share of bent coppers too. 

The paper can be proven just need to find more of it just from the same printer will do now the originals are filed in court and can not be tampered with.
