  • The copy sent from a solicitors office is so poor in quality it makes one wonder if it was deliberate ? I have never seen such bad and poor quality printing come from an office like this so unprofessional so hoping there is lots more out there that we can match it too.
Smudged and clearly from a dirty printer not sure if laser or inkjet it  looks laser with a toner leak  or a poor quality scan photo copy blurred it can be matched if I can find other's like it.

I have to admit that your posts really do confuse.

As far as BWLegal reading this thread, who gives a monkey's toss, they are scared stiff of this forum
To us they are just a pain in the proverbial and easily beaten

There is no harassment involved by complaining to Wembley Park, maybe BWL don't understand that this is a free country ....what next will they dream up.

You do confuse and suggest you just keep to the main points

Complaining to the landowner is your right.  Don't give in to bullying tactics.

I will do better just getting frustrated by my lack of court procedures.

Have you missed something out?  If  you think that BWL have acted improperly, complain to the SRA.

    https://www.sra.org.uk/

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

( Very underhand for solicitor's dealing with lay people)

This is the way these bods work, they prey on the weak.   If everyone was a lawyer, they would probably be out of business

I take it you've not been instructed? 😆
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Don't file an application to change your defence.

NOT A SINGLE PERSON DOES THAT JUST BECAUSE THE OTHER SIDE'S WS ARRIVES!

You simply make short, concise bullet point notes and address your concerns about their evidence at the hearing.  Don't say ''that landowner authority is illegal'' because it isn't...what you do is ''invite the Judge to find that...'' (what?)

    - the signs are unclear/too small writing?
    - and/or maybe that the landowner authority is questionable?
    - Certainly point out that a parking firm can't add £60 on top of a parking charge where the rationale requires it to include all costs, already.    The Supreme court made that rationale clear in paras 98, 193 and 198 of the ParkingEye v Beavis case (three times) and before that, in 2011 in the High Court decision in ParkingEye v Somerfield, HHJ Hegarty specifically addressed the fact (at para 419) that adding £60 on top of an already inflated parking charge is not recoverable and would be a penalty.

Hence why by the time of Beavis (parking event in 2013, decision in 2015) ParkingEye had stopped adding it.

None of this needs yet more paperwork fired at the Judge.   No application.
