So they are now choosing to only refund NHS workers? Surely not. Sod everyone else but the NHS can have their money back 🙄
Not sure if that's the reason why I have my refund or not. It was just interesting that a box appeared asking if I was an NHS worker when previously there was nothing. I have harassed them in several ways on social media also. So it could be that too

Its a devious plan if that is what they have come up with.  They suspect if they refund all NHS stuff they wont get anyone slagging them off, as is the fashion these days.

Cuts no ice with me if that is the case.

Well judging by the Holiday Extras FB page its a certainty they are refunding NHS workers as people are being asked for pictures of their work badges.

    An actual disgraceful PR stunt.

I have booked three weeks with Purple Parking for a flight to Australia in Mid-July. The flight with Cathay Pacific is not yet cancelled, but given mainland Australia has imposed quarantine restrictions for all international  travellers, it seems only a matter of time? I fortunately paid for Purple Parking on my credit card, Given the complaints posted regarding no refunds and unanswered calls, what would be a reasonable period to wait for a response to a refund request, before claiming a refund from my credit card company?

Well this is a different issue really. The parking is there for you to use, its not their fault you cant use it. If its a non refundable booking, take the voucher credit. You dont say what kind of booking it is though.

Nearly all parking booking were refundable  with a £10.50 fee with HE/PP
Now they have removed the option to have a cash refund minus the fee  and make you take a voucher.

If Tez doesnt tell us if he paid this or not, nobody can really help him.

I didn't make it clear,  fee was paid when cancelling any parking that was booked (£10.50)
Or the other option was to pay (I think £1.50 extra),    so if you cancelled you didn't have to pay the £10.50 fee.

Not at a Purple Parking site, granted
