I understand what you are saying but after Tuesdays conversation allegedly disappearing you have to see where I am coming from.

Oh so they don't have points against them just dots..

No because the report is a recommendation and nothing more. 7 to 10 days is about right for DWP because remember post coming from there has the same system as post going to them, they have to go through a mail sorting process first, which is why mostly when we receive letters from DWP the date on them will be several days before we receive the letter.

Not all calls are recorded. I did advise you to ring to make sure it was sent because i know exactly what they are like, very often it won't be sent if you ask them before the report has been received back.
Hopefully it's now been sent and you'll receive it soon.

Yeah I took your advice. Something about that woman just didn't sound right. I must admit I had the same feeling about the one today but we shall see. My eyes are peeled on a red van the postie's hands and a light brown envelope and the UK's score in the Eurovision song contest nil points.

  • You may even get the award before the report.

My friend from another forum asked for her report, then received back pay into her account and a subsequent call after she made confirmed the award, before the report landed on her door.

It's impossible to predict anything at this stage. I think in a lot of cases no face to face assessments may even be a good thing, although i've not heard of anyone's claim being successful from a telephone assessment.... yet.

Yeah my friends has been successful. She had hers over the telephone and had a support worker present that was allowed to contribute too and she received her backpay and decision before the report arrived she requested and enhanced on both.
