The message said their less busy times are Tues-Fri after 10am, otherwise in general I agree. I don't usually wake up until the afternoon though so I'm not going to stress my body out by waking up extra early for something that's not urgent. The timing is from my personal experience working in a call center. When you open you have a glut of people waiting to take calls. Depending on how long they last is the big issue on call delays later on.
But tehn again they may have a influx of part time staff at the times stated. Which will help.Life in the slow lane1
