    She will need to take a few Kalm tablets!

    Make sure you are there and she gives approval for you to speak as well.

    All went well,call lasted about 40 minutes,the wife is seriously ill and was treated with great respect.

    They are not allowed to say anything regarding that. The report they write is just a recommendation and nothing more.

    True, and they can request a copy of it I believe. The assessor still cannot say anything about any potential decision because that's not in their remit (even if the DM just goes with the report, technically it's still them making the decision and not the assessor).

    Yep,due to the obvious staff shortages it will be about 8 weeks before we are informed of  the descision, I am optimistic .
    She said telephone reviews can take 1 - 2 hours,but due to my wife's condition she said the interview will be kept  as short as possible.
