Morning all, No great changes here.
Bed made, clothes picked up
Bathroom wiped
WM on
DW on (by OH)
Lounge tidied
Ironing board brought down into dining room where sewing machine has been set up to make some masks today. Tried a couple of different patterns last week and made my mind up, found an old blanket box cover I never use and don't like that looks like suitable fabric (cotton curtain) so will set to that today.
Also need to call DD1 as she had a run in with a neighbour at the weekend when he asked why she was in and out so often (daily), she pointed out she worked, where, at the hospital, oh isn't that dangerous for me as we share the same very very narrow stairway, (he lives on 2nd floor, DD1 on 1st floor), reply from DD1 was as a nurse lives on ground floor too perhaps he should stop having all his friends round for gaming sessions that last half the night as it might be dangerous for them too. He went off muttering about calling the landlord etc. She's fine about it but it does get tiring, many of her neighbours comment as she is out most days and odd hours, also no canteen service at hospital so has to remember to take food that's quick and easy to eat when they get a break, which has resulted in more shopping and expense.
DD2 a bit happier as someone brought in mini easter eggs to work and so they were enjoyed by all, she said it was nice to have a 'normal' moment, even if they were distributed with goves on etc.
Better check the banking and get on with the day
Hugs to all

Good morning!
Kaz I feel for you. It must be a bit like being stuck in limbo. Enjoy your walk x
Valli I'm glad GF is on the mend
I am up, dressed, had breakfast & checked bank accounts. I made a list for my plant/compost delivery - it came to over £75 - without deliveryI think I may have to cut it down a bit before I call them...…..
Round 1
Put on WM
Empty some compost from the bin
Move compost bin to new position (will be easier if it is lees full!!)
Have a good day everyone

List's up. Sorry it's late - wanted to consider (and, tbh, completely slipped my mind what with repair shop and quiz.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Thank you Honey Bear9 -
Brilliant list - thank you Valli
I was going to cook gammon and chips for tea, so while the oven's on i will also bake some mini lemon drizzle cakes and freeze them for next week. I've got plenty of eggs atm, as we haven't been eating mushroom omelette every day for lunch, which is generally my stand-by, and I ordered a dozen from the GC/nursery and another dozen from the greengrocer.
I've showered and dressed; the bathroom is well cleaned apart from hoovering; my bedlinen is ready to go out on the line; and I've had email conversations with both my sons this morning
Your DD1's neighbours are stupid, Mademoiselle. Don't they realise that they could be in need of her care next? - then they'll expect to her to work all hours!
Enjoy your walk, Kaz.

I like today's list, although I hadn't spotted the one I followed was Wednesday so bathroom all done here.
9 masks cut out and layers stitched together, I will make a start on putting the pleats in and then after lunch can sew them and add the elastic and nose clamp.
Also want to do some crochet, I am trying to do a granny square everyday to use up a load of wool I bought to knit a sky blanket, but have decided I find crochet more relaxing so just going to be a random mixture of blues, greys and white squares.
Look after yourselves
Keep SMILING

Lovely list, Valli. Thank you. I’m back from 3 hours digging, so I was going to follow yesterday’s list. But now I might just skip straight to Thursday, as I think we could all do with a day like that.
Enjoy blowing the cobwebs away, Kaz.I imagine that is the last thing that your DD1 needs right now, Mademoiselle. The stupidity of some people is astounding.
Lunch is going to be a real feast - DD is cooking baked beans on toast, and I am having poached egg! DH is on work calls for the next 5 hours. I might make him a cup of tea later.9 -
OK - so Round 1 is not actually complete. I have emptied out quite a lot of compost, which I will transport to the allotment later. It isn't quite finished, so I will add it to the big heap down there to finish off. At least all our food waste gets recycled
In my defence, I have put on another wash load, and hung them both out, and also emptied and refilled the DW.
DH is pottering upstairs (getting distracted by his collection of Star Wars toys (*enter face palm emoji here*). And he wonders why our house is so full!! He has just gone up into the loft. The idea is to bag up rubbish for the tip or maybe the CS (when they are open).
Right - I think I will have some lunch, and then go to the allotment for a while. I will get DH to help me move the bin later. I may also pop to the shop for some yoghurts & veg.

Loving the list Valli, thank you xx
I managed to get an Iceland delivery for tomorrow! Really pleased. Spent £51 but it should last a while. DW is on, two loads of washing is on the line and I've had an email conversation with my boss (the deputy head) x11
