SGT I didn't realise you are in Spain. Are you closer to getting back to normal than us? I think you entered lockdown about 10 days before us.

Goodintentions - it has been mentioned that our lockdown could be extended until the 10th May.
Well this afternoon I have managed to plant some out of date seeds in recycled compost! 😁. I am not sure that I will actually grow anything but we will wait and see.
Now to prepare tea, chicken stir fry! 🍽

Aww thanks Round ...  do you know I woke up in a really positive mood this morning, I was up, showered, dressed, had breakfast and at the laptop at 8am ready to go.  Must have been Round's hand holding and flylady power that got me going this morning but I am trying really hard to beat the anxiety.  Took 20 minutes at lunchtime for a brisk walk in the sunshine.

So 7.5 hours paid stuff done, our bed changed, hoovered upstairs, supervised DS2 making sweet and sour from scratch, put breadmaker on.  One of my managers asked me how I was doing today and I decided to be honest and say I was struggling a bit, that felt so good, normally I would have lied.  Oh and Asb we have a debt busting plan, but I am not spending anything other than buying food anyway at the moment.  That's something I do feel a bit more positive about at the moment x

Thank you for all your flylady vibes - they carried me through the day. I even managed a trip to the hospital to pick up a sandwich delivery for the staff in our building which was a bit like an episode of Candid Camera - without the camera. J and I were told to go to the kiosk just inside the main entrance. We did: no sarnies. Kiosk lady sent us up to the kitchens / restaurant - they said that the sarnies had gone down in the lift as we went up the stairs, Went back down the stairs to the kiosk: no sarnies. I minded the kiosk whilst the kiosk lady chased up the sarnies. Sarnies arrived; no kiosk lady. J loaded the sarnies in to the pool car while I waited for the kiosk lady to come back. Boy, was I glad to get back to base. Cue: mega hand wash and wipe down with erm wipes. Very sobering to see hospital staff walking around in masks - don't think they were very good at maths though...they didn't seem to know how far two metres is!!!!! 

Got changed the minute I arrived home. I ate my pack up for tea and cooked DS lasagne and potato waffles (not cordon bleu but he ate it all)

Good evening 
I have cleared and cleaned the fridge!! Yay me! DH went shopping - double Yay! (he wasn't happy about it!  )
I also emptied the DW, washed up and walked the dog. While I was out I posted a package of seeds for a friend. So, a fairly productive day - at last! (although it doesn't look like much!)
Round & YL - I'm glad you had good days today.

I am now catching up on some TV, and I still need to get rid of 2 magazines
Edit to add: does anyone know how Natty is?

Prayers said for  Valli's DS's GF and lolly's uncle and for those who have lost a loved one. those who are ill, and all the staff working to keep people alive.

My car started yesterday morning... at the second attempt (my heart was in my boots)! So fingers crossed for this morning. I'm not the nervous wreck that I was yesterday morning - but I am wondering how I'm going to fill the day today as I got everything caught up yesterday. There's always something lol.

I'm ready for work. Birds will be fed, recycling will be binned and bin will be strategically placed so that I don't forget to put it out this evening then heigh ho, heigh ho.

Good morning everyone,
Up and dressed for work, even if it is only to commute to the kitchen. As it is frosty out, DH has put the heating on for working in the (very sunny) dining room - for goodness sake, put a jumper on.

Thoughts and virtual hugs with all the poorlies. I hope all the mia flyladies are ok.

I’m stressing about not being able to get a shopping slot. With DD and DH both in the vulnerable category, I’m not prepared to risk a trip to the sm. Whoever thought that online shopping slots would become a point of stress in our lives.

Wm is running as DD helpfully changed her bedding yesterday evening. I’ll hang it out later in a coffee break.

Morning all,

Lovely and sunny again here. I have a wash load on, will also get the bedding washed too. Had a really bad night with DS he was having nightmares so I slept in with him. 

I will read some more today, and polish the LR, it's really dusty. HM spag bolognese for dinner, will be freezer dip for lunch. Have super days all xx

Morning all,  I'm back here again today.  Been 'away' for a few days as OH was on holiday (previously booked and not allowed to cancel).  So we both tried to have a break in the routine, quite fun.  He's back at work this morning in the library and I'm back to cleaning and tidying.  I have a video meeting this afternoon with my boss and all the team, the first thing since lockdown (more than 4 weeks ago), it's rather ironic that this is the week we should have been off as it's school holidays.  

Today so far:
Bed made and clothes picked up 
Bathroom wiped down
Upstairs aired (but windows closed again as it's cold but lovely and sunny)
WM on
DW on (thank you OH)
Kitchen table and worksurfaces wiped (OH helped rehome some appliances yesterday so nice and clear now)

Banking next then another part of the kitchen
