Hi all x
I've been up for hours but have achieved nothing apart from making breakfast. I slept for a good 8hrs but I still feel tired.
Yesterday afternoon the local community group were out in a car convoy dropping Easter eggs off for all the kids. They were leaving them just inside the gate. DD was chuffed she got one !
Suppose I should do something really.I'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged10 -

Clean bathroom sink
Clean bathroom cupboard
Clean toilet
Clean bath
Hang out washing
I am hoping DH will go shopping (I did it last week, and he is off this week), but he is now painting the shed....10 -
A big relief I have re booked where we are for the next 28 days.Sent a couple of emails to relevant solicitors suggesting a kick up the butt to others re my on going purchase, even if I cannot get an exchange / completion date, I could at least have answers to my questions etc................ I'll see what response that brings, at least it will prove if the other party are in fact interested in moving as and when all this lockdown is over.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

YL & Round big hugs to you both, and ‘May The Flylady Force Be With You’! 🥰
Like FFP I have been up hours but nothing to show for it! 😢. I suppose I am dressed, I have WUDUPA & I made ‘Slimming Eats’ French Toast Waffles for breakfast & made extra that I have put in the freezer for mornings when I cannot be bothered to faff! 😁 I really should get some jobs done outside because we have sunshine which is a novelty because since we have been in lockdown we have either had rain or overcast days! (Don’t believe those who say that it is always lovely weather in Spain, they speak with forked tongue! 🤣)'Money and good health is coming easily to Flypeople'12 -
That’s good news Kaz xx
Cake baked, we have no eggs or butter so I made a vegan lemon one, it’s delish. Spag bol made as well using cook from frozen mince, seems ok! Lockdown delights 🤣
I have also washed out the recycling bin, now I better sort some lunch I suppose. The sky is blue and I am tempted to lay in the sun with my book this afternoon whilst the kids entertain themselves, that may be wishful thinking though!13 -
Good afternoon everyone! Yesterday was successful at checking off my list:
Bank Holiday Monday

[✔] S&S kitchen
[✔] Wipe handles, switches - don't forget outside front & back doors
[✔] Read a book;
[✔] watch a film;
[✔] stoke a pet;
[✔] phone a loved one.
Do something that's good for your soul. 💖
Hopefully get a lot of things checked off today 🤞😆* £1000 Emergency Fund £65.00 / £1000

That's good news Kaz
I guess they are probably quite happy with the arrangement, as no-one else can book it!
SGT I didn't realise you are in Spain. Are you closer to getting back to normal than us? I think you entered lockdown about 10 days before us.
Well, Round 2 completePlus I have put on a hot towel wash and cleared the pile of post (mainly magazines & catalogues) that had been dumped on the stairs. I am going to sit & look through 2 of the magazines before recycling them. I used to keep them all, but I am getting better
Round 3, when I have 'sat':
Put magazines in recycling
Clear out fridge (this may take a while!)
DD2 is moping around doing not much - I want to suggest some jobs, but she is avoiding me! DS is at work. Apparently he was quite anxious about it this morning, and was close to tears by the time he got there. DH has been sending him silly videos to gee him up a bit. DH is painting the shed.... still.
Oh, and the sum of £450 and a card was dropped off to the family of the lovely childminder that lost her battle on SundayJust a small gesture from some of us to try and help. The council are also going to try and arrange something.

Glorious sunshine now after the earlier frost. The washing is hanging outside, and I did actually clear the ironing pile. We pulled out 4 boxes from the loft at the weekend which I had cleared from my dad’s in France when he died, and which had been up there ever since. One larger box now repacked and in the garage for whenever the cs is back in business, the dinner service which I wanted to keep is washed and put away. Ingeniously, I had packed everything in tablecloths for the move, so I have washed those and will sort what can join the cs box.
2 hours digging at the allotment. The old boys seem to think that I am now a regular morning fixture with them and said they would see me tomorrow. I didn't have the heart to shout back that I would be back working at the laptop...
Lunch, then I might have to look at the list.11 -
Car moved onto drive and washed. Rabbit hutch and understorey cleaned.Had a messenger chat with the boss.

Happy birthday for yesterday Narco xx
Good Intentions - that's so sad xx
Found out at the weekend that one of my neighbour's daughters has died from the virus. She was my age. Yesterday we found out the virus is my FIL's nursing home.
In happy news, DD was 21 at the weekend and we had a lovely day. Skyped lots of family and friends and she really enjoyed the day. Flying has been minimal as I have a bad attack of CBA. Must try harder!
