  • You have two things to do
    - get teh judgement set aside
    - defend the claim
If you need help with fees you have to check with teh .gov website. Not here. We will not know, you need to check for yourself.
You have a VERY limited time to apply for the discretionary grounds to set aside, and youre more than 10 days into it by now. Youve got about 21 days (calendar) in total.
I am requesting it set aside? I have the 224 forms filled out to be sent to the county court in the morning.

Did you send the SAR as instructed?
i am sending the SAR, right now as we speak, as it has to be done physically, I will go to the post office and send it off in the morning, if it doesn't have to be sent in the physical form please let me know, like if i can do it online somewhere
    Did you not read this...
...email a SAR to the Parking firm...
You will find the DPO's email address on CEL's privacy page.

21 days from when you dsicover the CCJ
This info is all on th newbies thread
You need MORE than the N244 form. you need
    - draft order
    - witness statement supporting WHY you shoudl get a set aside
    - supportnig documents such as council tax eg gap between parking and them issuing a claim, showing that they should have found your new address and served there as you could have been found
    - defence to the underlying charge. The template defence works just fine here.
It feels like, in ten days, youve only done one thing - cal lthe CCBC. You need to move much, much quicker, and that requires you to READ yoruself. Not ask here questions answered elsewhere.
  • I don't want to sound ungrateful, I really am grateful, but we are in lockdown, I don't have access to a printer and we are only allowed to go out for serious things, I can't get access to all this supporting evidence, I haven't even agreed a defense yet, I didn't get my information updated at the DVLA and I didn't receive the information about the fines, thanks for that information but what is my defense? and I can get all of the above-mentioned information on paper once we have established that! because paying £255.00 for court case when I don't even have a defence would be reckless considering paying the CCJ is cheaper! and please stop mentioning the newbies section as you would need a law degree to be able to remember all of what I read.

Its more to get you an idea of how it looks to the outside.
You dont have to print anything currently; everything can be emailed
    Defence
The template one. Its CEL. They dont meet POFA at all.
You arent "paying £255 for a court case"
Youre paying £255 for a set aside hearing
Even if you dont win the underlying claim, if you get eh claim set aside yuo can pay, in full, the CCJ and it goes from your record.
If you dont want to be pointed t othe single place which tells you everything you need, what exactly do you want?
