Ring the CCBC for a copy of the claim form and email a SAR to the Parking firm for all letters/photos, so you can see what it's all about and that will help you defend it later.

There are shedloads of set aside threads on thie forum and loads of advice by the resident expert, henrik777.  Please search and read, then read more, but act quickly and download a N244 form, and do a Witness Statement like in all the other set aside threads.

I didn't receive the paperwork as my address has not been updated at the DVLA. could be my fault for not doing it, but how can I win this case?

You have two things to do
    - get teh judgement set aside
    - defend the claim
If you need help with fees you have to check with teh .gov website. Not here. We will not know, you need to check for yourself.
You have a VERY limited time to apply for the discretionary grounds to set aside, and youre more than 10 days into it by now. Youve got about 21 days (calendar) in total.

i am sending the SAR, right now as we speak, as it has to be done physically, I will go to the post office and send it off in the morning, if it doesn't have to be sent in the physical form please let me know, like if i can do it online somewhere
