Henrik wasnt tellin gyou to not performa  set aside. They were giving you examples on how to find out the info you need in order to get this Set Aside successfully sorted. 

thanks again, I have filled. the N244, Draft Order, Witness Statement, and the Draft defense ready to be sent, it is my first time is it possible for someone to proofread it and make sure it is 'court worthy'? all details are filled on all forms?

Defence has no "s" in it. British English spell checker needed!
Copy and paste into here. If youre using the template defence, then only copy the para 16 and 17 that require your input.

not using a specific template as such, just put together from what you suggested i needed the other day got the templates from legal beagles so not sure what para 16 and 17 is. I can email I can send the 4 documents, I don't want to pay the fee and send the wrong format or wording, should take someone all of 3 minutes to read if they had seen one before.

The defence is the feb 2020 defence template that suits all claims bar the parking eye sourced ones. Have a look at it. 
Post it here> this forum works on the  many eyes approach.

The correct focus is targeted at the coupon mad template with less to check by volunteers here

Deviating from that option could be detrimental to your case , so I suggest that you get onboard

Maybe you'd be better posing your question to the LegalBeagles forum - it is a legally focused one with many legally qualified contributors posting there - far, far more than this forum. We are simply a private parking forum and while the root of your problem emanated from a private parking ticket, it is now very little to do with that ticket.

Yes, those legalbeagles templates will work... when expanded with lots more detail.

Why not use the templates here which specifically tailored to the private parking industry?
