Morning all, I didn't cross anything off my list yesterday but I did do 13 miles to start off the walking total one. This morning I have run/walked 3 miles and am meeting a friend for a walk in the forest later so hopefully a similar total again today.
We did well in the footie yesterday, nothing much else to report so far today, have a nice Easter Saturday everyoneMortgage Total: £51,801 / £75,000

Morning all, another ten miles done early down the beach today (and yesterday), I am starting another 30 day challenge today - basically I need to lose 9lbs to get under the next stone and I have stayed roughly the same for weeks now so I want to have another push to shift some more. So the plan is no processed food for 30 days, just veg, fruit, nuts, eggs, wholegrains, plain yoghurt, chicken and fish. Hopefully with the increased walking that will help shift a bit too.
The rest of today will be spent watching football, doing some more steps, some planks and maybe something off of my list. I might do a bit of housework too although it isn't too bad at the moment,Mortgage Total: £51,801 / £75,000

Morning, this morning I didn't go for an early walk - my legs and back are a bit sore so I wanted to take it a bit easier today. The house is 90% clean and tidy, washing is almost up to date, so today I want to get the finances and household admin back under control. I must admit I'm itching to go out for a walk as I feel bad for not getting some steps in early today, but I know I need to rest a bit. I will go for a walk later, when it's warmed up a bit but this morning I need to get on with other bits.
I have loads of notebooks with various life plans in them, I've gone through them and ruthlessly binned the lot this morning, leaving me with one brand new shiny book to start again
I have messaged the local oven cleaning business to get that booked in too. I've been here four years and its never been done so it is in an appalling state. I would do it myself but the last time I did that (at my flat) I managed to break something and it cost £100 to have it fixed, so I reckon I'm better off just letting the professionals do it

Evening, so today I set myself a challenge - and I did it ... I walked 50,000 steps (28 miles)
I set off at 6.15 down the beach this morning and did 25,000 steps by 9.30, then came home, had breakfast, pottered about a bit and got up to 30,000 by 11.00, then I walked to Poundland to get some new clothes pegs which added another 3,000 on. After lunch I took the dog up the forest for a couple of hours and got to 42,000, then did the rest while chatting to a mate on the phone
I feel fine, my legs don't ache at all, I had a hot bath tonight and my feet are a bit tingly but other than that am all good. I have got into bed early with the laptop though
Tomorrow will be a lazier day, catching up with bits and pieces, I have booked the oven clean in for Monday, the car is getting fixed at the weekend and I am sure I have done a couple of other bits and pieces from the list but I can't remember whatMortgage Total: £51,801 / £75,000

Morning all, another walk done (9,000 this morning), now home for coffee and to plan my day. My mate has my car to fix it today so it will mainly be an indoor day, I am planning on blitzing a few jobs and then enjoying the football later.
I also need to do some promoting of my cards - there is a new offer that head office surprised us with yesterday, so I need to post that in various facebook groups that I belong to. Basically it works like this:
* Join my customer club (just your email address and then they email you occasionally with offers etc)
* Place an order through my website, spend £30+ get 6 cards free, spend under £30 and get 2 cards free
If you were to join my customer club and then order 20 cards (£32) you would get: Free delivery, free gift (if first order since joining customer club - this is usually a card, sheet of wrap and a tag) and 6 free cards!
It's a great offer, the cards are usually £2.00 each and are fab quality. Anyone interested please have a look here: www.flamingopaperie.co.uk/web/joharding
I roasted a chicken last night so food today will be quite easy to sort - porridge with banana for breakfast, chicken and roasted veg for lunch and probably more chicken with a jacket potato for dinner.
Right, I'm feeling quite motivated at the moment so must crack on while the momentum is here

Evening, so tomorrow is the first day of a bit of normality again! I'm going to be spending it mainly walking
Today I have seen my brother for the first time in ages, it was lovely. Lots of comments about how healthy I'm looking which was nice to hearIt just seems to have clicked for me at the moment so I'm going with it while I've still got the momentum. Today has also been a no spend day which was much needed.

Morning, yesterday I met a friend and did a lovely walk around the cliffs and beaches locally. We did about 13 miles altogether and ended up getting the air ambulance for another walker who had tripped on a path, it looked like she had fractured her wrist and broken her hip. There were quite a few hills involved on the walk whereas normally I walk on the flat, so my thighs are feeling it today
This morning I am meeting an old friend for a (shorter) walk, we'll probably do 3-4 miles. Then I need to get some food bits and hopefully if the weather is good I will clean the car. I also need to go to the mobility scooter shop and get a replacement battery for Mums scooter.
