This is just so dire. You are well shot of him, what a creep. Fingers crossed he backs off and leaves you alone.

On a lighter note there are some brilliant walking workouts on You Tube. Leslie Sansome is one and can highly recommend Get Fit with Rick. He has workouts based on how many steps you want to achieve. I was very pleasantly surprised how brilliant these walking workouts are, nowhere near as boring as they sound. Would be a safe way to build your step count back up.

  • Hopefully the fact that the police are involved and you are clearly no push over, he will back off. Vile little creep.
I love Leslie Sansone. She started me off with my 30 minutes a day, in January I would "walk a mile" with her in the morning and do 15 minute on the road.
I am looking forward to seeing the kids :) hope you week goes well XXX

    Nevertheless she persisted.

Janb5 - He never had a key for here luckily, also my next door neighbours and the guy who lives opposite are aware of the situation so they will let me know if they ever see him around here.

Ever since my son as a teenager caught my mother reading my post (well rummaging really), I have made sure no-one has my keys.  Back then it cost me a new door & several windows & keep on forgetting to give replacements.  Would have been cheap at twice the price.  Over 20 years on I've never let anyone else have keys & will never.  Peace of mind is as they say priceless.  I know women can be awful but why do some men have to be such violent *********** when crossed.

And another week is done :) Today is the day the hitter was going to be questioned by the police, I assume he went, I haven't heard anything as yet. I am a little apprehensive that he may do something else this weekend, let's see ...
Other than that not much to report really - the toe still hurts (3 weeks now), I can walk pretty much, a little bit of a limp still but I'm getting there. Trying not to think about how far behind I have got with my steps :(
Tonight I treated myself to a bottle of raspberry vodka as a Mothers Day weekend treat :) Nothing planned for the weekend, tomorrow I need to get something for Mum, but that is literally about it.

Another weekend is almost done - I have managed to do all my steps yesterday and today and I've also done 100 x push-ups each day and 10 x 30 seconds planks both days. Nothing much else to report, I'm going to have my bath and a lazy evening.

I’m glad the hitter didn’t make an appearance this weekend as you feared. The raspberry vodka sounds delicious. Well done on the exercise, you are just like me on this front. Have been an avid exerciser since I was about 10 years old 😆

Gosh, not sure how another week has passed already! Week has been quite stressful this week, the kids are really struggling, there's only a matter of weeks left for them until they are finished but it's going to be a struggle to get them there.
This weekend has been good - my toe is on the mend and I have been back to my walking, on Friday evening I met a friend for a walk along the beach, we sat and watched the sun set and had a good catch up, it was lovely. Yesterday was mainly about housework and football, although I have kept up my 15,000 steps a day as well as my planks and push-ups.
Last night I started chatting with a new guy online, we were chatting about walking and he asked if I wanted some company on my walk this morning. I agreed and met him down the beach at 6.30am this morning. We chatted and chatted and ended up walking nearly 12 miles  :o  :D I'd planned to do about 7 or 8 so was very pleased with that. There were no awkward silences, not sure I'm his type but it was all very nice, let's see if I hear from him again. Having someone different to natter to made the walk go very quick, so I got 23,000 steps done by the time I got home so I can have a chilled afternoon without feeling guilty now :)
Since I got back I've had some breakfast, had a shower, completed the Census, now I just need to renew the home insurance and clean the kitchen :)
