Thank you Sarah, I have been for a walk down the beach this morning with the dog and it is feeling quite a bit better today. I still managed to do my 15,000 steps yesterday and am halfway there today so far.
Tomorrow looks like being back to work day - it's all a bit up in the air still, but tomorrow is an inset day and I need to go in for some of it for training for the testing (also need to do some of it online today). Today will be spent making sure everything is ready and sorted at home, I did a shepherds pie for dinner last night and managed to freeze 3 portions of it which will do for lunches ./ dinners this week.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Well that was one hell of a week ... work has been crazy, cheers Boris for totally changing the rules on Monday evening with absolutely no notice whatsoever for schools ... anyway, we got through it and I managed to stick to my no sugar and also have done 15,000 steps every day. I am still working full-time at school for the foreseeable, who know if or when that may change.
I've barely spent any money either, £42 on the online order that came last weekend, £40 on petrol and a couple of £££ on milk for work so that's good news. Today I have an online conference all day for my cards, we usually do one in the north and one in the south in a hotel but obviously that can't happen this year so we are doing it via Zoom instead. I haven't used Zoom before (we use Teams at work), so that will be a new experience for me but I am looking forward to the day and getting some motivation to focus on my cards again. I have had 2 orders this week, I think a lot of people are sticking up as the shops are very limited now and at least they can browse the range online and have them delivered to the door.
Have a good day all whatever you are doingMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Morning all, I managed a decent nights sleep last night and this morning took the dog for an early morning walk down the beach to get some steps in. I've done around 9,000 so far today and can now relax and potter for the rest of the day. Andy is coming over this afternoon for dinner, I've got some bits and pieces to do for my cards, roast dinner later and some well needed chilling time before it all begins again for another weekMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Another week has whizzed by - work is still crazy busy, I am doing some days from home next week though. The cards have had a bumper week this week, with the shops shut and people stuck at home I guess they are stocking up online instead, it's all very welcome from me
Today I have been for a walk and got 8,000 steps done so that I can have quite a lazy day now. I have stuff to do for my cards, advertising in various facebook groups etc, and have to deliver another order. Later on I'm popping over to Andy's for a bit, ds is at work today. I have various housework bits to do but generally the place is pretty under control at the moment. I might spend a lazy hour under a blanket on the sofa doing some online window shopping - Mum gave me £100 for Christmas and I will enjoy thinking carefully what I want to spend it on, I'm thinking some new leggings (mine ripped when I fell over), maybe a cosy jumper, a dress or a top for when we can finally go out again, some decent cushioned socks for running, a new ring (mine broke this week, have worn it for years), a spare phone charging cable, some new gloves - I have Turtle Doves fingerless cashmere gloves and I wear them all the time, they are literally falling apart now) ... see that lot was just off the top of my head, £100 won't go far but it will be nice deciding what to treat myself onMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

And it's Friday again! I've been working from home today which was quite nice but I didn't feel very productive. So what to report this week ... well Andy and I have decided to be just friends, I say we decided, it was me. He is such a lovely guy but it just didn't feel right, the spark just wasn't strong enough for me. I truly wanted it to work and in so many ways he is exactly what I was looking for but it just didn't quite click and it became something I was having to put a lot of effort into and it shouldn't feel like that after just a few months. I've tried blocking it out and ignoring it but it isn't fair on ether of us to do that. Then this week I got a message from the super hot guy that I met last summer just before I met Andy. I got that stupid giddy feeling and was super excited all day and it made me realise I don;t feel like that at all anymore when Andy messages me. I had to end it as I knew my feelings weren't going to change. I'm hoping that in time we can remain friends but he is hurting badly. I haven't mentioned any of this on facebook so any of you that are friends with me on there please don't mention anything x
In other news I have got someone coming to replace my boiler, £2800!!It has to be done and I can use some of the money I've saved up to repay my brother, but it's still an awful lot of money that I hadn't reckoned on having to spend. Never mind, all the more reason to focus on making some more pennies
Yesterday my card order arrived so tomorrow I am planning a nice walk along the beach first thing then some time sorting out my cards and new brochures. I am still doing my walking (15,000 steps a day) and I am still off sugar. I have lost about 4lbs this month so far, not a huge amount but I don't calorie count and I don't do any other exercise other than walking and I am quite happy with my weight these days so there's no rush to shift the half stone or so I'd like to shift.

I think lb a week is an OK amount to be losing. There's a saying that goes " slow to come off, more likely to stay off". I'm one of those people who is lucky to lose 1/2lb a week but I've come to accept that.
Stick with what you are doing. You're happy where you are so I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm sorry to hear about you and Andy. The end of a relationship is always sad but you're being honest to yourself and ultimately to him.
